Prices quoted include all heating, electricity, water
and bed linen. Towels are not provided but can be hired at an additional cost if
so required.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve the property.
Bookings can be made by booking on-line, by e-mail or by telephone.
The balance of the rental is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the
holiday.
.In line with current smoking legislation, Fellside Lodge is totally NON SMOKING.
.The number of guests must be
informed at booking stage and not exceed this number at any time.
.No pets are allowed by guests in the lodge.
